Hey, I'm Timothy Carambat, but you can call me Tim. I like to consider myself a Jack of All Trades because in this day age you can't focus on one study. I am here to help you with whatever vision you have and bring that into reality, whether that be a webpage or a product.
Let's get started today.

This was a group endeavor that I led with my friends in the summer of 2015. Sous Chef was an app/device pair invention where the user would set meals and the Sous Chef-a physical cube in the kitchen- would converse with the user in regular language and direct them on what meal they planned, or if they would like to change to any meal and step by step instructions to prepare it. A very fun and challenging project for the summer!

At Performance Analysis, a task called 'Cost Segregation' was done on a daily basis for an accounting company. In this process an engineer would review technical drawings and site photos and then using Planswift compile all the measurements of every structural component and utility in the facility. As you can imagine each job would take upwards of 8 hours to finish. Additionally, the format required by the client was very specific. The program I developed directly interacted with Planswift and would extract, format, compile, and finish a job after measurements were finished in Planswift. This reduced an average 8 hour job into 3 hours! This saved the sub-client accounting firm hundreds of dollars per job as well as quick turnaround times. The continual usage of this program at regular use has saved thousands of hours and hundreds of thousands of dollars yearly.
This was a simple web design project for myself. I utilized my knowledge of JavaScript to create a fully dynamic and beautiful page.
The BandGo is a nifty little invention of mine that I made for my girlfriend who was always in need of a hairband or bobby pin. She never had one when she desperately needed one or had broken the only one she had on her.
To help her out, I designed and made the BandGo! Meant to be a simple, convenient, there when you need it, solution to the persistent hairband/hair pin problem. It is a single piece plastic clip that has all the features you would need to store hairbands and pins. It is reliable(toss it in any bag and go), can withstand high heat(so leave it in your car if you want), and can store up to 5 hairbands and 10 pins! It is also only 3" long and 1" wide. So it'll fit just about everywhere you need it! The Bandgo is also as light as a feather, so you wont even know it's there. The bands and pins fit snugly on the BandGo so they wont go anywhere until you need them!
You can buy one Here on Etsy for only $5.00 in a variety of colors!
In this project we were approached by an older mother who enjoyed taking her disabled child for runs in marathons. The wheel chair was special built for his condition. The problem was the hills in Ruston and her age was making it difficult for her to run with her son. A friend of mine and myself were tasked with solving this problem however we deemed fit. We designed and built the chair with a motor more than capable of providing hill assist. We developed a control method for motor engagment, a motor retraction system (for when not in use for maneuverability), as well as other stress-design elements. The project consisted of Mechanical Design, 3D printing parts, and Electronics. When delivered, the mother was overjoyed now that her and her son can return to running marathons and have the memories they deserve!
The Insanity Workout regime is a great program as I have used it myself. The most difficult but most rewarding part of insanity is sticking to the Meal Plan! This project is to help myself, or anyone else, stick with this plan! Currently the only planner that exists is an unsearchable PDF. This project allows the user to schedule what will be eaten for each meal (5 a day). After scheduling the meals the project will breakdown each meal into caloric intake and even generate a grocery list- so each week the user doesn’t have to run to the store every day! This was a quick project I did before starting the program. You can find it here:
